20231024 09591500 1.0 TRUE Watershed Basins (HUC 10) This data set is a complete digital hydrologic unit boundary layer to the Watershed (10-digit) 5th level for the State of Kentucky. This data set consists of geo-referenced digital data and associated attributes created in accordance with the "FGDC Proposal, Version 1.0 - Federal Standards For Delineation of Hydrologic Unit Boundaries 3/01/02"(http://www.ftw.nrcs.usda.gov/huc_data.html). Polygons are attributed with hydrologic unit codes for 5th level sub-basins. Funding for the Kentucky Watershed Boundary Dataset (WBD) was provided by the U.S. Geological Survey and the Natural Resources Conservation Service. Representatives from the Kentucky Division of Water contributed a substantial amount of time and salary towards quality review of the dataset.
