Accessible Entries:

There is one automatic entrance on the side of the building facing Washington Street.


There are four handicap accessible parking spaces directly behind the building, between the greenhouses and the Small Animals Building. To reach them from Washington Street, turn on Kentucky Clinic Drive toward the Kentucky Clinic Parking garage. Turn left at the four-way stop. From South Limestone, also turn on Kentucky Clinic Drive, and proceed straight through the four-way stop.

Exterior Access Route:

The building is accessed from the sidewalk along Rose or Washington Streets. From the parking area, follow the sidewalk between the greenhouse and the building toward Washington Street. Turn right in front of the building and follow the walk to the entrance. There is an audible crossing at the intersection of Rose and Washington Streets.

Interior Access Route:

From the accessible entrance, the path through the double doors leads to the main corridor. All classrooms are located on the first floor. The second floor has a rectangular hallway that provides access to offices.

Rest Rooms:

From the main entrance, turn left and go through the double doors. Turn left again and follow the main corridor to the opposite end of the hallway. These restrooms have automatic doors.


Inside the main entrance, turn left, then turn right, the elevator has a blue door. There are no Braille or raised letters, but there is an audible door signal. Buttons are within reach, and there is plenty of room to turn. There is a service elevator adjacent to the accessible restrooms at the opposite end of the main corridor.
