Accessible Entries:

There are two accessible entrances with automatic doors. The Scott St. entrance is located in a covered walkway between Taylor Education Building and Dickey Hall. The other accessible entrance is located in the rear of the building.

Parking:

Accessible parking is located at the rear of Taylor Education Building. Turn right from Scott St. directly after Dickey Hall. There are eight accessible spaces.

Exterior Access Route:

To access the Scott St. entrance, follow the sidewalk to the covered walkway. Here, a ramp is available to provide access to the doorway. To access the rear entrance, park in the accessible spaces at the rear of the building. Follow the parking lot from the rear of Taylor Education Building to the rear of Dickie Hall. A curb cut allows entry onto a sidewalk leading to a ramp to the back doors.

Interior Access Route:

Ramps are available to both accessible entrances. The covered walkway between Dickey Hall and Taylor Education Building provides access between the two buildings. An alternative is to enter from the Taylor Education Building's rear accessible entrance. Proceed through the building to the Scott St. entrance via the covered walkway. All floors are accessible.

Rest Rooms:

An accessible men's and women's rest room with automatic door access are located on the second floor.

Elevators:

An elevator is located between the front and rear entrances. This elevator accesses all four floors of the building.

For Assistance:

There is no information about assistance at this time.

Other Notable Aspects:

The Education Microlab, room 163, has one accessible computer station.
The Education Library, located on the second floor, has an accessible entrance and exit with automatic doors. There is also a push bar located at the library exit that may pose difficulties for someone using a wheelchair.
An accessible water fountain is located near the elevator on the first floor.
